Fully automatic ball mill (500L wet type)

No uncrushed raw materials get stuck between the lid and the feed opening! This improves product quality and yield.

The "Fully Automatic Ball Mill (500L Wet Type)" saves time and effort associated with batch processing. It can operate in a swinging motion, allowing for homogenization of grinding and efficient grinding and mixing. Since unground raw materials do not get stuck between the lid and the feed opening, it can improve product quality and yield. 【Features】 ■ The cycle of 1. raw material input, 2. sealing the lid, 3. switching to grinding operation, 4. automatic discharge of the product, and re-input of raw materials is performed automatically from 1 to 4. ■ Saves time and effort associated with batch processing. ■ Can operate in a swinging motion, allowing for homogenization of grinding and efficient grinding and mixing. ■ Unground raw materials do not get stuck between the lid and the feed opening. ■ Can improve product quality and yield. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Fully automatic ball mill (wet type)

In a conventional batch ball mill, it is necessary to stop the mill temporarily and open and close the lid when loading and unloading the raw materials.

A conventional ball mill involves stopping the mill, opening the lid, adding the raw material before grinding into the mill, closing the lid, rotating the mill for a certain period, and then stopping it. After that, the lid is opened again to remove the ground material. This process is repeated (the amount that can be ground in one operation is called one batch). A fully automated ball mill is one where this entire series of operations is automated. By using a dual-axis system, it performs a swinging motion in addition to the usual rotational movement, which promotes mixing within the mill and leads to uniform and efficient grinding. If the preceding and subsequent processes are also automated, it enables the operation of a fully automated plant.
